We are looking for a new place to live and to break our lease. My wife and i moved here from a rough neighborhood. I'd rather move back there. In the last 3 months our basement has had sewage back up twice. I can understand no one wants to mess with that. Yet its pulling teeth to get anyone to come out and clear the drain or anything. Ive had sewage in my basement for days now. They disconnected their phone number to the office after they called me under 7 hours ago. Its first come parking. Which is madness when you live next to a family with 3 cars and their guests. It's no fun having to park a distance coming home late at night from work. I can't wait to break our lease.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience and the issue you had with your basement. I am not sure about the office phone not working as we have had the same number for several years. Perhaps there was some sort of outage at the time. We now offer preferred parking for our residents so they can choose a space close to their home if they would like. Thanks, Ken
