Have been without water for 2 days due to a broken toilet (not our fault) flooding the basement and electrical wiring. The walls are completely soggy and ready to collapse. Have called emergency maintenance and the office multiple times. They have done nothing but shut off the water. Horrible place to live. Will be contacting the Board of Health as soon as possible. Hello, Thank-you for your comments. I am sorry to hear about your experience. We take emergencies like this very serious and work very hard to resolve any issues once we are notified. Our maintenance staff is on call 24-hours a day to address emergency situations. Thanks, Ken
