By far the most unorganized and unprofessional front office I've ever seen. This is not a place to live, this is a place for them to do business and charge you at every opportunity. The apartment we moved into had black mold on the ceiling in some rooms, the others had ceilings so damaged they were caving in. The basement leaks constantly, house has smelled of dog piss since we moved in, we are unable to get rid of it. The back patio was in such a state we didn't even know it was concrete all the way across until we spent an entire weekend SHOVELING OFF THE INCHES OF CAKED DIRT. There's more, but I don't feel like writing a novel about how much this place sucks. Two people have been killed right outside my ------- door, look it up, within four weeks of each other. I'm terrified to go outside alone. Got charged $75 late fee ON THE FIFTH as I'm bringing in the check at 9:30AM (this place is the only place I've ever heard of to not accept rent on the 5th), the day after the 4th of July, when the office was closed over the holiday. They don't have a rent drop box (they've covered to insist you turn it in directly to an office member) and informed me that I should've "dropped it in under the door." That's right, they want me to slip a $1000 check under a door, and because I didn't know this it was my fault. Will be recommending to everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague, and for good reason. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
