This is the first time I have ever felt obligated to leave an online review. Apart from one or two pleasant ladies that worked in the main office our experience was horrible. We requested a few things to be fixed upon moving in such as patching holes in the kitchen wall and yellow stains on the wall in one of the bathrooms. These issues were never fixed within the year and a half that we were there even after reminding them on occasion. This was minor and would not have wasted my time with writing a review. The reason I am writing this review is due to their management claiming we owed them an additional $300 a month or so down the road after we had already moved out. Their claim is that since we moved out three days less than 30 days that we had to pay a fee due to short notice even though that was the date they told us we had to move out on. I would have been very happy to stay three extra days to avoid a $300 dollar fee but instead I took off work and moved out on a Thursday because they said I had to. Long story short I expressed the ridiculousness of this with Blanca and she said she would discuss this with her upper management. We never heard back from them, but did receive a bill from collections for the $300.
In summary do not rent here. You will very well leave the apartment in better condition than you arrived and never make a late payment, but this will not deter management(If you want to call it that) from being delinquent in their duties as well as trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you after you have already signed your closing papers and paid the final balance on your account.
