Lived at Brandywine for the last two years and can honestly say that it was enjoyable. I got great living space for price and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Jackie really sealed the deal from day 1. She went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my needs were met. I had been to other apt complexes and no one else took tthe time to ask me questions on what I wanted or was looking for. Jackie did. She made me feel appreciated from day one. The location of Brandywine is very convenient to local shopping, grocery, and less than 5 min from my job. I only had two minor issues while living at brandywine apartments. Parking: Unless you are renting a carport, during evening hours spaces fill up fast and it is quite the struggle trying to park in front of your building. There are no assigned lots. So coming home at times after a long 12 hour night shift I found myself either walking around the block to my front door, when all I wanted to do is just hit the bed. Laundry: I lived in a 1BR 1.5 bath...I'm a single guy. I would have gladly given up the half bath for a washer and dryer or even a mere hookup. Instead there is only one 1 washer 1 dryer for 8 potential households in one building...I often found myself driving to the nearest laundromat to save time. Other than that...my maintenance issues were fixed with care and in a timely manner and the often followed up and assured that things were to my satisfaction. It was a great two years and I was proud to call brandywine home during that time.
