Well, how shall I start. The apartments are old and outdated right along with the plumbing. Thr office staff is unprofessional and maintenance doesn't know how to do the job. Ive been here 2months and currently.seeking an attorney to leave. 16 days without heat, hot water and the ability to cook. Gas company shut the gas off due to.a leak in the piping. Notice was given to the office staff the same day. No one showed up at my apartment for three days and I called everday, yet Misha assured me someone would....still no one. not to mention, that a nother staff member at the office just started to tell me on the phone that it wasn't their fault that I had no heat and then she call herself and shut up. When maintenance finally arrived he didn't know what was going on. he being a short me which was it -------- man that he woulwouldd be back in the morning to replace some piping around the water heater and the thermostat on the water heater the next morning. he never showed. I did and had to call the office again. after anotgsr day off so the maintenance ckeyame and replaced the thermostat on for the furnace which left the air running that same day. Now I have a new problem with air running and no heat. I had to call emergency maintenance to shut the air off. now I have a note stating that everything is fixed to call the gas company again. I call the gas company they come out and the leak still isn't fixed so again no heat no hot water and I can't cook. at this point this is day number 10 and that no one has tried to accommodate me and it's getting colder outside. the gas company leaves 2tags to tell them what needs to be done in apartments not only that he speaks directly to the maintenance guy and trust that andthey would get it fixed. I witness the citizens gas my man tell maintenance to replace the water heater and some of the piping and that would solve theroblem. Instead they replace some parts and tell me that is fixed. I call citizens gas again tocome out to see if its sixth and of course it's not! day at Number 13. I have contacted the office twice they did not try to accommodate me in no way shape or form. then I receive a call from Zach acting as if he was concerned. Remembering this is day number 13 without heat, hot water and cant cook.home and I cannot cook. They then provide me with a suite key to a small furnished unit and I could stay over there until the problem is fixed. They didnt work on my apartment the first day afterwards. two days later I receive a call from Misha at the office insisting that I return the toDONE the sweet unit because my unit was done. I didn't proceed to ask her if the heat was on and she tells me she doesn't know. if this isn't on professional what is? she then proceeds to tell me she would try to find out and call me back.. citizens gas guy didn't call to tell me he was there but no one was in to let him in.. I was at work. I couldn't leave to let them in. I've been contacted Crystal Bay and spoke with Misha again to have someone let them in. I was then contacted at a couple hours later that everything was done and my he was back on. only to find out when I get home yes the heat is back on however I still do not have hot water. And my stove is not lit. Needless to say IM DONE!
