Single girl, lived here during my last two years of college. Great place to live considering its convenient location. The outside of the building requires a key to enter or you can buzz your guests up with the intercom system. For the most part, my part of the complex was quiet. Weekend nights got a little loud, but that is to be expected.
Cons-- parking. If you get off work at a normal hour, you'll find a spot in front of your building. If you work evenings or nights you'll have to park at the office. Some people take up prime parking for their broken down vehicles, but if you let the office know, they will handle it.
Hallways and building exteriors-- a little dirty and worse for the wear. But who cares?? You don't live in the hallway! The inside of my apartment was like-new with darker carpet that was easy to maintain.
Pros-- Tons of closet space. Hotel-style bathrooms with a separate room for the shower and toilet.
