Many things wrong with this apartment complex: 1. Make sure to be totally aware what you are getting in to and get EVERY promise they tell you in WRITING or else they will try and rip you off. I had parts of my lease blank, that were supposed to be worked out at a later date when I decided on an apartment, and because I didn't move in when they wanted they filled in these blanks saying that I owed them 350 dollars because I didn't do what they wanted. They try and take advantage of college students, and make empty promises. They told me that my roommate would be responsible for 50% of the deposit but on the lease they filled in that I was soley responsible for the entire amount, so I was forced to pay it. They are not an honest company. 2. My best friend had her car broken into and robbed, and the apartment complex shrugged their shoulders when she pushed for more security.
