This is a pretty great place to live! I am a female and lived here alone while going through grad school. It felt very safe considering it's proximity to some less than safe areas, I never had any trouble or saw any trouble. The landscaping/exterior is very well kept. The apartments are a little outdated but still good quality. My only complaint is that the washer/dryers are not very efficient. Although it is pretty expensive, especially for a single, it is well worth the money to live in a safe environment close to downtown, and is still less expensive than actually living alone downtown compared to a similarly sized apartment. Plenty of storage space, open floor plans. Oh, and onsite recycling! The leasing staff was wonderful and maintenance is always prompt and professional. In the winter, the snow and ice is cleared off almost the instant it starts accumulating. Only 10-15 minutes from downtown (including IUPUI), even with traffic. If you are looking for a quality apartment away from downtown in a quiet area, this is the place for you!
