Only lived here for a year but love the grounds, greenspace and apartments. Although they could use some updating (ie appliances, flooring, etc.) Never had any noise issues. Very quite. Also dog friendly! The only other issue I had was location. Worked great for when I was going to school but having to drive up to 86th for groceries wasn't ideal. Nothing is really close and convenient but if you're going to school in the area then I definitely recommend.
