The apartment complex as a whole isn't great. One side is very run down and I live on that side. The complex is easily accessible through the woods to anything coming off of 38th street. Also, my friends and mine as well have had to deal with White Rivers contract with a towing company. Just another money gouging scheme. There are things messed up in my apartment that were broken in the previous lease that we got charged for as well.
