We have had two horrible apartment experiences due to maintenance being a group of lying morons, and indifferent office staff. This complex is a very nice change of pace. I've waited to write a review until we had a couple encounters with maintenance because that was such a big issue in previous places. I'm happy to say, the maintenance staff knows what they're doing, are quick, friendly, and don't argue with me about things that need to be fixed. They simply do the job. Very refreshing. My one bedroom comes with washer/dryer hookup (either stackable or full size). It's $575 a month. It's pretty small for being so expensive at 650 sq ft, but the space is used well. You get a real dining room, a decent sized patio, and a kitchen you can actually cook in. Parking is adequate. You get a steel front door. Appliances work well. The buildings are pretty quiet on the inside of your apartment. It seems pretty safe here. The only complaint I have is there is no linen closet in our apartment. There are shelves in our bedroom closet that are supposed to be for linens. Otherwise, these apartments are a nice place to live. The location is great. There's a stocked lake and plenty of space to walk your dog. Maintenance, again, is great. That's rare to find in an apartment complex and worth the extra money. At this point, if I haven't found a house by the end of my lease I would re-sign.
