Where to start...when I moved in three years ago at the very least the office people were responsive now it's beyond awful. I have so many problem I can't even count them all. I hate being ignored and that what these people do until they want something from you. I put a maintenance request in at the beginning of October and maintenance guys shows up at my apartment on Christmas eve. I'm sorry that you are low on maintenance but that's not my problem. I paid my rent on time I expect on time maintenance. Also when I was ready to move out I called first and asked if I needed to clean my carpet and was told that they were going to charge me to get my carpet cleaned no matter what. Then I get "cleaning" charge on top of a carpet cleaning charge that was $90. I kept my apartment spottless while me and my mother cleaned it before I turned in my keys. Turns out so many people are leaving that I think they are taking the deposits of those that leave to off set their losses. They stole my deposit kinda like saying we gonna get you for all we can. They also called me about three weeks before I'm ready to leave and told me they are going to charge me $35 for not having renters insurance. The thing is...I had renters insurance the whole time I was there. I kept getting these email over a year ago telling me that I didn't have renters insurance. I would call the office but of course no one answered. I left messages no one calls me back. So much for being a responsible adult and trying to fix a issue before it becomes a issue. But instead I get phone call before I'm about to leave telling me to pay this money. Luckily I got it straighten out before they charged me for that. I also paid my last months utilities but they have no record of it. I hate disorganization. If you are going to buy out another property and fire all the staff then you better make sure you have right people to replace them. Anything less then that is just accuses. I can't even tell how many times I had go to the office to get things done cause calling is pointless. Now that I'm no longer a resident I have to still call to figure out why my utility bill is lost. Grrrr.
