As of December 2019, a new company took over the complex and they are horrible in every way! First, they no longer have online payments. Second, this complex staff does nothing about my new, incredibly noisy neighbors except refer me to the local police. Third, they have raised fees in order to make up for the previous company paying in arrears!!! Fourth, the new office staff is incredibly rude! If they hadn't have kept 2 of the old office staff, I would have broken my lease. Fifth, my window is still broken from a recent break-in attempt. I am irate about the new management. If things don't improve by the summer, I will be leaving my once beloved home to find a new place that feels like the community I used to enjoy at Waterside!
