Arrogant and Bold Drug Dealers! I have lived here for quite some time. Though I enjoy my apartment, here lately, the drug dealers have become more prominent and bold. One in particular, in a red pickup truck. Leaves his loud, in need of a muffler truck, running under my window at all hours of the day and night, as he steps inside to do his business! His truck runs for up to 30 minutes or more. You can hear him revving his engine all throughout the complex, it wakes my grandchildren in the early hours of the morning.(2-4am) Of course the office won't do anything about it, as I've seen him hanging around maintenance. Speaking of maintenance, they are terrible and lazy! They ride around in groups, talking, smoking, revving engines in a loud raggedy black truck(no wonder he hangs with the drug dealer). Snow removal is a joke! In the summer, trees and shrubbery are neglected. It seems like it takes two of them to change a light bulb! Sheesh! The office staff changed for the better 2 years ago, but it is heading in the wrong direction again. (Sometimes they close early, don't open on time, or just don't open at all!) For the price we pay, it seems like they could include some night time security. At the most, one cop will ride through at night. I have no complaints on my apartment itself. It is clean, set up nicely and is in a convenient location. Parking is awful. There is NO WHERE to park in front of my apartment. There can be up to four cars belonging to one apartment, which rarely move. I will not be renewing my lease! I have had enough! Good luck to future residents!!
