Wildwood Village Apartments

I am giving Wildwood one star only because it will not let me give zero. During my time living at Wildwood, a water spot appeared on my ceiling that began to mold. I have contact the office and maintenance 17 separate occasions. This has now been an issue for over 6 months. When I finally filed a legal non-compliance notice with corporate, they came and painted over the molding stain without actually addressing the cause at all. It will certainly be back within the next two weeks with this kind of shoddy "maintenance". They claim they have had roofers out to the building to fix the problem, but the water spot continued to grow, so clearing the root cause was never repaired. Meanwhile, the club house (where no one actually lives) just got a brand new roof. Additionally, I have never dealt with ruder management in my life. Jess Mink is absolutely the rudest person I have ever interacted with. When our apartment was broken into, I called to report the break in to the apartment complex. Jess called back later and rudely reamed me for not providing the police report number in my initial call with no concern for the well being of those in the apartment. Doug, one of the maintenance men, leaves the rudest maintenance service reports I've ever seen in which he mocks residences for their maintenance issues. Gloria, the property manager, is rarely present and very spacey and not grounded when she is present. Honestly horrified by the entire staff of this complex. I cannot wait to move out. If the staff is not enough to convince you not to live here, also know the place is overrun with drug dealers. I would never wish my living experience at Wildwood upon anyone.
