Nice On the Outside Dated on the inside
The model shown is very good and nice. However, they won't even let you look at the actual apartment you will be renting till the move in date. No one accompanies you to the apartment so not even basic courtesy exist to have a walk thru with the staff who can help you find and resolve the problems. Overall, very rude and paternalistic model of customer service.
Inside cabinet doors are totally scratched and in bad shape as they have never been replaced or finished in over 20+ years. Several electrical outlets did not work. Most of the tiles in the bathrooms and the entry way are cracked and some are wobbly but the management does not think they need to be replaced. When me moved in one of the showers was not even functional. Not sure what kind of quality check they do but we were told it's our responsibility to check everything and report to them within 24h .
Nice landscaping and well maintained grounds outside but the inside of the apartments does not match the exterior.

At move-in, all residents are given an inspection form and are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their
new home and report outstanding items to us immediately so that we may have the opportunity to
resolve any issues. While we do walk each apartment home prior to move-in, we are human and may
overlook certain aspects of the apartment.
