In my research, I found other reviews helpful. Phone calls with staff were nice, and I appreciated that they had washer and dryer connections in their units.
Heads up -- they offer low-income housing (less than $29k as of this writing) and regular-priced housing, meaning different amounts for rent. Also, they offer two options for your deposit--paying a set amount based on credit check ($500-$1500 as of this writing) or paying a bond (cheaper amount at front end, but means if you leave, you're responsible for any damages).
They seem nice as I've talked with them, and staff were up front with me. As a single person, I had to produce proof of income, proof I graduated from college and was no longer a student, proof of an IRA, and a money order for fees/holding an apartment.
