I was shown a model apartment, paid my deposit and was given a completely different unit that was not thoroughly cleaned. Apartment has spiders that they fail to mention and you will be hit with random charges. You can only pay your monthly rent by money order/check which is their way of hoping you'd be late. NO cash no debit cards. I attempted to buy a money order and the gas station was out, currency exchange closed. I told the manager and she would not work with me despite the fact that I've never been late. Rushed the next morning to buy the money order and turned it in 10 mins after they opened the leasing office. I was hit with a $50 late charge that will inquire late charges per day if it wasn't paid immediately. I tried to talk to the manager again since it was only 10 mins late, she did NOT CARE. All utilities are electric and NOT included in the rent. This is a separate payment of about $200 or more. You also have to pay ANOTHER payment for sewer, water, and garbage. You are required to get "renters insurance" and put them on your policy. This is another extra payment. There are no light fixtures in the bedrooms so you have to buy yourself lamps! DO NOT move here! DO NOT MOVE HERE! This was my first apartment and I was fooled, I will not be renewing my lease.
