Pretty place with nice grounds and apartment layouts, but the buildings are poorly maintained. Infestations of ants and earwigs are bad in the summer, as in you might find them in your bed with you. The exterminator is prone to lying about whether he's come to spray--and since the office just gives him your key instead of accompanying him, they don't know either way. The insulation is so poor that you freeze and pay out the nose in electric (nearly $300 some months, and I'm still cold). Old metal windows don't help with that. Water heaters are shared with the neighbors, which means if someone in the building flushes when you're in the shower, you get scalded. The walls are thin, and so are the ceilings, so you get treated to every noise the neighbors make. The office staff is nice, but it boils down to the buildings needing serious maintenance, but only cosmetic details have been dealt with. The grounds are pretty, though, and they keep the pond stocked with fish.
