This is a pretty good place to live. It is not very expensive, especially compared to the other apartment complexes in the area. My boyfriend, our cat, and I share a one bedroom and it is cozy, but not cramped. There was a $200 deposit for the cat, but the cost per month is only $10. Management is slowly updating the appearance of the apartments. We have vinyl flooring that looks like wood and the color pallet for the paint is warm instead of white. The appliances are not entirely up to date, but everything works. Maintenance is excellent about making repairs quickly and they are very friendly. There are two things that make me unhappy about living here. One is that when we are sitting in the living room we can hear everything going on in the hallway and some of our neighbors are quite loud in general. The other is that the apartment can get very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer. We use a draft stopper in the front door and this winter we used plastic sealant window insulation to keep the heat in. This is a great affordable place to live and it is close to campus.
