Overall, this is one of the few places I have been satisfied with. Apartment management is notoriously horrible however the management here gets a thumbs up from me. They are not perfect, but all in all, not too bad. The management office is friendly and helpful. When I requested a fix for my blinds, maintenance did it within a day. The grounds are okay. The apartments are a bit on the older side however many units if not all have been remodeled. I am in a 1 bedroom and while the living/dining/kitchen areas are tiny, the bedroom is spacious. There is no dishwasher in my one bedroom apartment. The kitchen area is very small. There are quite a few windows to have natural light in the living and dining area. There is a hardwood laminate for the floor. The ground creaks quite a bit. I would not want to be downstairs and feel a little bad for my downstairs neighbors. The windows are not the best at keeping the place insulated however. There is closet space in the apartment. The bedroom closet, while not walk in, is large. The bathroom is rather small but not too bad. This apartment is VERY pet friendly. I have seen some large dogs here which also means some large crap. The apartment claims to be strict about people picking up after their dogs and for the most part, it's been pretty good. I did step in crap once which was annoying. This apartment is great if you have dogs. If you don't have any pets, its still okay. The rent price, 510, for a one bedroom is a little steep I would say, especially for its size. I would expect more like 450-475 for this space. However, all in all, not bad. You don't normally get to say that for an apartment complex especially if you are writing a review. Usually, you are dissatisfied when writing a review, but overall, I am satisfied. Lets hope I continue to be satisfied with management here.
