The walls are paper thin so you can hear much more of your neighbors than you'd like to. You can hear dogs barking basically all day. Management does not take it upon themselves to fix reoccurring noise complaints, rather they just keep sending the tenants warnings. If you want anything done from management you have to really pester them or you can expect nothing from them. While, yes, you can expect to hear your neighbors occasionally in apartment complexes, you should not be constantly disrupted. I have been complaining about the noise for over 3 months now and hardly anything was done to fix it. If you request anything fixed from maintenance you can either expect no work to be done or simply receive a very half-effort job. My fiancée had to wait months to have a severe mold problem fixed that should have been fixed immediately. When I complained that the window in my bathroom falls out of the windowsill they pointed out that I had a stick to hold up and angle it so it doesn't fall out. There has also been shattered glass out in the grass for months where children often play or hangout. During my walkthrough they said it was a nice, quiet place to live. It is neither nice nor quiet. This is a very poor place to live and I would not recommend it to anyone.
