We lived here for over three years and we kept asking them to clean the carpet which they did not and we had to do it ourselves. The windows were leaking air and it was really cold and they did not change it and after we left they sent us a report that we left some stains on the carpet which were already there when we moved in first day and the held our deposited and in addition requested us to pay more for the normal wear and tears.
