Paula, I understand your frustrations, and while my team and I certainly do not want you to feel uncomfortable in your home, we have received complaints about noise coming from your home during quiet hours. We also have it documented that you selected an upstairs unit when you applied online. Knowing now that a first-floor unit may be better suited for you, we will certainly keep this in mind moving forward and perhaps we can work out a transfer in the future.
