I can't say I haven't had any difficulty while living here. For an entire year I had issues with my neighbors and killing them with kindness is what made the difference. The apartment is decent for section 8 low income but could use weather stripping, better insulation, and common fixes. It's an old building with old wiring so your destine to have some problems with the outlets from time to time. I only have cable access for my living room and no other areas seem to have a live cable connection availability. People say "You are where you live" and in this case it's unfortunately true. The type of people who live here are usually on some sort of assistance...obviously...but what you do with that assistance is what matters. If you end up here it's a good place to get on your feet and become a better person in society. It's a place to provide stability while you become more prosperous and eventually move out. It's not a place to squat and receive your life handed to you in governmental assistance, food stamps , good Samaritan help, and by God it's not a place to make lasting friendships. It's a place for betterment and if you have that mentality than this is a great place to get that fresh start.
