Noble Manor Apartments

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! That good review was hilarious. Yes, it is a low income complex and yes, some of the people that live there are not terribly pleasant, but unless you spend your spare time making friends with the office staff, they will find a reason to kick you out. Our rent was over $100 more than it should have been every month that we lived there. My husband was working part time at Burger King and we had a 1 1/2 year old daughter. We didn't exactly have the $ to spare. Everything in the apartment was broken. We went out of town for the weekend to visit my mother and when we got back, our tub had leaked all over the apartment complex. Talking with my neighbors, this seems to be a common issue. The knobs and fronts were falling off the cabinets and drawers, which were promptly put back on by maintenance... with wood glue. Our toilet and garbage disposal had to be "fixed" every other week due to leaking issues and our air conditioner broke down in the middle of a very miserable summer. We called repeatedly to have it fixed, to no avail. My poor little girl was running around in her diapers and I still had to put her in a cool bath several times a day. I would definitely NOT reccommend living here unless you have extra time and money to butter up the staff constantly. Those are the only people who still live there and get their issues fixed. Oh, and the socket plates fell off with no use and shocked my husband who tried to put a new face plate on it after multiple gluings by maintenance. FYI, it's not supposed to be throwing sparks just because the face plate is gone.
