The lake and park/swim area is great , nice place for kids to play or to just take a walk or exercise. Generally the neighborhood seems safe and pretty quiet but some rules and practices here are a little weird and shady? Example: July 4thSee More >

Highly disappointed that office staff along with Pedcor corporate fails to respond to residents calls, emails with questions, concerns, complaints. Only one maintenance man is professional, personable and knowledgeable.

The walls are not insulated and you hear what your neigbors talk about and worst of all is you hear them when they use the bathroom. Semi-trucks park on the main road to the entrance, which I personally think is an eyesore. I wasSee More >

Well if your a OTR Truck Driver you will have a place to park your truck & trailor. There is a "Truck Stop" type parking lot on the main road. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything of your nieghbors. See More >

Awful place to live. Management does not care at all about you and any of your concerns. I would go anywhere else but here. Prepare to wait weeks for maintenance to fix anything you request.
