We moved from Central Park to Canyon Club because we were interested in the "newness" factor. We thought we were getting luxury, but after moving in realized we have granite overlays, cheap carpet, wire closet racks and just nothing noticeably luxurious. Certainly nothing worth paying more per square foot for. My neighbor is a part-time mom of two boys. She moved in after us and the boys are very noisy! We hear them running around all the time. If they are there and awake we know it! The noise is very bad for apartment living! We were very spoiled at Central Park by the staff always being great and calling us by name EVERY SINGLE TIME we went to the leasing office or even if we saw them out of the office. Maintenance was quick and very helpful. As I look out our window and see that the property has barely been plowed I m reminded of how good we had it. I don t really want to move again, but we will not be staying for longer than our lease agreement. Sorry, but no recommendation here.
