Horrible, horrible, horrible. You pay over $1100 in rent and you would think you wouldn't have to walk home because you had to park so far away from your apartment because there is not ample parking, meanwhile non lease holders are parked at you front door. My 60 year old mother had to park near the dog park and was towed ($180 fee) but there was no parking available when she got home at 10pm,(guess a curfew comes with the lease)management refused to rectify the situation and even stated that there is ample parking, a lie! Then they send out a letter saying alot of cars have been towed due to parking in towaway zones, well I wonder why people would do that for no reason, maybe because they CAN'T GET A PARK AT THEIR HOME! DO NOT RENT HERE, you will be sorry. Espescially stay away from this part of Plainfield if you have melanin rich skin! My kids have been bullied and called every racist name imaginable meanwhile Im just trying to leave the town alive and gather enough money to pay out the ******* lease! ~Disgusted

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback about Saratoga Crossing! We're so sorry to hear that you haven't had a great experience with parking in the community. We certainly understand that the parking lots can get very full, making it difficult for residents to find convenient parking close to their home. Unfortunately, we do have to enforce any signs that state "no parking," and this can result in a tow should someone choose to park in those areas. If you need clarification on the areas where parking is not allowed, or if you would like to further discuss your situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us in the office at your convenience!
