My experience was terrible. So many bad things happened to me living there. The office staffed changed at least 3 times, when i was there. Each one worst than the one before it. the only good thing was the maintenance staff. My car was towed ever time I went out of town. The last time it was towed the office staff kept playing games and would not answer the phone or completely would not come to work. {someone from a different property was there saying Saratoga's staff was in a meeting. for 3 days.} Some of the buildings have bed bugs in them. Thats why you sign a bed bug clause in your rental agreement. The one bedroom apartments are extremely small. They are not big enough for two people to live in. There are a lot of trashy people who live there. Someone entered my apartment twice, with a key while I was home. Just because the police station is basically across the steet. Don't be fooled into a false sense of security. This apartment complex has its share of problems. are

Saratoga Crossing Apartments
Thanks for leaving us feedback about your time at Saratoga Crossing! While I can't address your specific home, I'm happy to clarify on the points that are general to our community. Per the lease agreement, vehicles must be in full working condition and have current license plates. Of course, there are also areas where parking is not permitted. If either of those conditions is violated, towing will occur at the owner's expense. In regards to the bed bug addendum, the addendum simply acknowledges that all parties are aware of bed bug issues that can occur and will cooperate throughout the tenancy to deal with any potential issues that arise. If you have more questions specific to your home, we're certainly happy to address them! Please feel free to reach out to us directly in the office and we can further discuss. Thanks again for your comments!
