Stafford Pointe has a great location, good neighbors, and very little noise to distract at night. The things that irritated me the most was the office staff. I felt that they were not very welcoming and came off cold to me and my husband when we first moved in. The manager, Susan Cornwell, was very cold and unfriendly. I cannot say this for all of the office staff because there were a select few that we friendly and sociable. I would have loved to continue to live here but I did not feel welcomed. Parking was a problem at times but never a big deal. Snow is just awful, nothing maintenance could really do about it. Bi-fold doors in the apartments need replaced immediately before a small child gets hurt with a door falling on them. Like I said before, this is a mediocre place to live.
