My family and I have lived a year here and lived here once before. Everyone is very friendly and the maintenance is usually spot on. When we sold our house se did not hesitate to come back. Parking can be a problem at times, but other than that we have no problems. Though we don't use them a lot we have access to great work out facilites and an internet cafe and free coffee. The clubhouse also has two flat screen tv's that we can just go hang out and watch most anytime we wish.
