I only lived in Stafford Pointe 9 months due to a job change. I thought the management was great. Maintainence came very soon after I had an issue. Everyone was very pleasant that I came in contact with. I felt very safe there which is a big issue for me. Always had plenty of parking. I would go back if I went to the area again. I never saw any gang or thug like people in the time I was there. It was a good place for the rent you pay. I am paying 70.00 for water now and was paying nothing there. I was thankful for that.
