I lived at Stafford Pointe Apartments for 7 years and enjoyed my apartment. I never had any major issues with the place. They are older buildings, with older appliances, but when my water heater broke at 9PM on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, they replaced it within 24 hours. I had a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath unit that had plenty of closets for clothes and storage. The rooms were plenty spacious except the kitchen was small - but if you don't like to cook much - not a problem! Still, ample cabinets in the kitchen, despite being small. Upkeep of the grounds was pretty good in my area near the basketball & tennis courts. Snow removal was pretty fast and I would see maintenance picking up trash in the parking lot fairly regularly. I didn't use the club house much but it was nice looking. Fitness equipment and machines were kept clean and in working condition in the fitness rooms of the club house. I never used the pool - so can't comment. Family activities throughout the year - pool parties, Santa & Easter Bunny visits I think...and other community events. Complex had good mix of families young and old. Very convenient location to banks, grocery stores, restaurants, gas station and walking path. Pet friendly, just a good home-y place to live. And the geo-thermal heating & air conditioning really does save you money on electric bill - well worth the difference in a little higher rent than some other complexes in town. You save on the electric. Oh - and I lived closed to the trees & creek and RARELY ever had bugs or spiders in the 7 years I lived there and if there was one or two - they were always near the patio door. Older building, but clean.
