When I first moved into Stafford Pointe the apartments were nice and clean. However then they started renting apartment to anyone, including registered sex offenders and drug dealers, and yes this is proven and not just one or two one street alone had 2 drug dealers living there. The staff is incredibly rude and not there for the residents needs. They don't care about your safety. Check the police logs. The police visit these apartments often. The only two good things about these apartments is 1. Location, you are near grocery stores, restaurants, parks etc, 2. Maintenance is nice and helpful. However those two things are not even to want to live in this neighborhood. Oh and make sure you lock your cars, there are constantly suspicious people wandering the streets, especially at night. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these horrible, filthy apartments
