My experience with these apartments was when someone I knew lived in it. I babysitted their child and asked if they had their air on and she said yes. She said they had come to fix it but it still didn't work. I had to go out side to get cooled off. The carpet was a miss when they moved out, which they rented the rug doctor to clean, which was cleaner than when they moved in, and they are still deducting this from their deposit. So if you think you are going to get your deposit back, you are wrong. The woman in the office is very rude. The upstair apartment had a leak, which leaked into the apartment downstairs, and they never came to fix it. Also, there were bed bugs in another apartment. They show you a more up date apartment when you go apply to rent one. I do not recommend these apartments. Think twice before you do!
