The apartments are nice but don't expect anything fixed in a timely fashion. I have had things broke, ceiling and patio leaking and no fix but you better not pay rent late or you will get charged. Also a little secret when you move out they will charge you a $65 carpet fee no matter if you clean it yourself or not unless you get it professionally done which they don't tell you. Also they charged me a $45 stove fee even though it was clean. They tried to say if they have to get a professional out it will cost me. They should have said all of that. So basically I wasted days cleaning my apartment for nothing. Theft at its finest, slick way to keep your loyal paying customers that's never late unhappy and never will come back or tell a friend. If it was more than $110 I just might take this to a nothing level just on principle. Winter time the roads are terrible they barely clean them, and the lawn service gets grass all over your cars and doors.
