I lived here for less than a year on the lower level. The noise was awful with neighbors above playing extremely loud music and fighting. Even my random visitors could not believe the noise, even given that it was an apartment. Constant traffic in and out and dirty grounds. I gave more than 60 days notice and paid rent in full plus had the apartment cleaned leaving it cleaner than when I moved in. The management team had my forwarding information and (still current) phone number. I lost my damage deposit which I understood because of breaking lease. They subsequently rented the apartment. Over a year and a half later I received my FIRST notice from a collection agency that I owe rent and cleaning. My attempt to understand what the charges are for were unanswered and the (now completely different) staff told me I owe more than the collection agency is trying to collect. If I had been notified in a timely manner I could have disputed the cleaning charge and confirmed rental status of the apartment - but feel I have no chance of doing so this much later. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE YOU DON'T WANT TO RENT HERE.
