I am a very unhappy resident. This used to feel like home. I was told there were no bug issues. As the weather got warmer, I started noticing a lot of centipedes. I told the apartment manager, and he advised me to get some Ortho Home Defense and peppermint oil, which I did, out of my own pocket. The exterminator came a few days later while I was away. He spent less than 10-15 minutes in my apartment and baited them w a dusting INTO my apartment. I was told I'd see more bugs before I'd see less. Well, I am still seeing "more", and it's been plenty of time. I would suggest you do not get on the bottom level or just rent a newer construction property. Also, the noise of construction and traffic is horrendous, so you may want to get a unit in the interior of the complex. The main building may smell like wall plugins when you tour, but it smells of green and trash any other time. The pool is green more than not. The grills are nice to have, when they work, properly. Despite the LOOK of modern interiors, this is not the luxury I signed up for.
