I lived at International Village from 4/08 to 9/08. Pretty good experience. Not the nicest apartments....older cabinents etc; but good value. The front office lady (the cute blonde lady in her 30's 40's?) who is the daughter of the owner is great. She is helpful and cares.
I lost almost everything I owned in the freak flood of 08, and they put me up in a new apartment on the 2nd floor, excused that months rent, and let me out of my contract so I could move to Indianapolis.
The handy-man always responded the same day (there was one issue with the fridge that he did not know how to fix, but he was pretty good with all other issues.). Had one neighbor that was loud once a week, but was a pretty cool guy other than that. All in all, I would recommend the place. It's a good deal.
