the parking is not good normal no where to park. you can't get them to fix anything i have lived here 4 years and you call and make work order no onw show up.noise is awful

Tipton Terrace Apartments
We would like to address this complaint by first saying we are sorry for your inconvenience. We realize the parking may be congested at times, however in our efforts to please our residents, we periodically send out letters advising guests to use the overflow parking and we also have all vehicles that are not legally plated or running tagged and towed.
As for the maintenance concern, all work orders are logged and returned to the office completed. If something is not fixed to our residents' satisfaction, we expect to be notified immediately so we can address the issue.
All complaints and work orders received by office staff are addressed as quickly as possible.
