Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your experience at our community thus far. We are happy to hear that you like the community in general; however, it is concerning about the packages and neighbors in your building being louder than you would like. We do our best to work with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon as far as giving them access to the buildings so they do not leave your package in the mail vestibule; however, just as packages disappear off of front porches of houses all day long, both our community and the parcel delivery services have been working together to try and reduce and/or eliminate the issue. Please feel free to mark your packages with special instructions that read "If resident is not home, leave package at community office and have staff sign for it". We will hold you package up to 5 business days and alert you as soon as we receive it.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us a review. We appreciate all feedback, both positive and constructive in criticism. We are aware of the issues with the landscaping company and are working with them to resolve the reports that we receive so they can improve their services as well. Part of the landscaping contract is for the landscapers to blow off the walk ways to the building so you are not walking through grass clippings and tracking them into your apartment home and if you park by a side walk your car may have grass clipping, unintentionally, land on it. This is not a normal or regular complaint from our residents so it might just be the area you park or that the grass just blows off when others drive their car, so it is not an issue. Due to the current pandemic of COVID-19, we are aware that many residents are making the difficult decisions with their available funds and want to be able to pay their rent because having an apartment/home to come home to after working, is of the up most importance; however, we know budgeting and stretching of funds is more common these days. With that being said, we have been upfront and transparent in our communication of places that can assist resident stretch their dollars with not only rent monies, but utilities, food, and other household expenses--we are all in this together, so if we know places that can make it easier for our residents to make budgeting decision--we share it. We are here to help and if the reminders of facilities that can help seem to be more present, it is to help, not to harass.
