My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. I really love the office personnel, they are very friendly and very willing to listen and work with you on whatever you ask. The grounds are nice and maintenence is pretty good. Those guys are always working on something. This is a very safe area and the neighbors are pretty friendly.The layouts of the apartments are very nice and spacious. We have been in a 2br and a 3br and I liked them both. The price is higher than most other apartments, but they are not the most expensive i've seen. There are two things that I do not like: 1> Lots of bugs in the garden view apartments(they did come and spray immediately after being notified though). 2> WAAAY too much air infiltration! Both winters spent here were cold and our gas bill was very high.Air came in from windows, doors, sockets, and (to my surprise)baseboards!
