I wrote about not having problems with this place in September, now I have to change my opinion on this place. I had written my views in the summer, when things like drafts and also heating were not an issue. I have to change my thoughts and say that while some things are still nice (IE- people have said their are bugs here, I haven't had that issue), other things turned out true in the winter. This includes the snowplow drivers, which the newest poster had mentioned- he or she is right on with that. Its very aggravating. In general, its not worth the money. You loose so much through trying to keep the place warm in the winter, not to mention the issue with the water and tv/internet- BIGGIES for me. When I am paying almost 1000 a month on rent, I would like the luxury of NOT being treated as a student in a dorm and being able to PICK my own internet and cable provider- because yours, well I hate to say it, buts its just like everything else here- cheap and useless.
