I currently live here and I absolutely love it! This is my third lease. The apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods in northwest Indiana, Aberdeen. I have a 9 year-old son who loves it because he is able to play outside without any problems because there are plenty of other kids he can play with. It is an extremely friendly apartment complex, where most people speak to one another. The staff is great and always resolve any issues that I have have. Maintenance is great too! I haven't had too many issues with my appliances not working, with the exception of my stove which was fixed by maintenance within a reasonable amount of time. I did have a water heater issue, but it was resolved immediately and I haven't had any problems since. Most of the maintenance issues can be expected given the age of the complex, but the property is well-maintained and management is always updating the property.
