From a maintenance point of veiw. Student housing has come a long way in a short time. Students are so spoiled and I sometimes wish they would apprishiate things more. I have been a service manager at College Station for almost one year. I have 15 years experiance in this field. I also carry a degree in Building Trades Tech.I have trained over 30 maintenance people in H-vac and general repairs. I install H-Vac systems on the side and also remodel homes. I would like to think I know a little more than the average 19 to 23 year old about my job. I do not like to hear bad comments about a place that I work. I take pride in my job and do it to the best of my knowledge and ablity. I am here to provide service to our residents. If you have a problem with Management or with Maintenance Please!!!!!!!!!!! come to the office. We would be more than happy to resolve your problem. I will talk to you one on one. I can not repair a problem if I don't know what your problem is. You need to communicate. I have read a few of the reveiws that are bad in the short time I have been here. It is a fact that the few reveiws that are bad are also former residents that where evicted,wrote up for exsesive noise complants, or had an inncident involving the police. These former residents I guess will always stake thier revenge on these web sites. I can't wait until some of these residents own a home. Our maintenance team does same day sevice for the most part. If it is not done that day it is done the next. Utility problems and appliance problems are first priority.Please I will say again if you have a problem with service or management, I want to hear about it. We have several ways you can let our office know. You can call in a work order, you can go through e-service on line, you can come to the office during business hrs, you can call for after Hr emergencies.
