They care very little about what happens with the apartment complex, just as long as they get their money. <br><br>Can take several weeks just to replace an A/C unit for one tenant. 'Everyone is at the Indy race', when the person you speak to, is still right here in town and could be fixing it.<br><br>4 attempts at toilet leaks, along with cheap bandaid fixes. <br><br>Leaking windows on west side of building allow water to come in. They checked nothing about the carpet even though it was soaking wet. Just caulked the seal around the glass and left. <br><br>Windows and doors do not seal shut properly. Typically $100 per month on utilities.<br><br>Parking lot has no lighting, only what shines from the two lights outside each hallway door.
