Let me start off by saying you get what you pay for. I lived in a single on south river after moving out of my fraternity. The rent was reasonable ($525) and it was close to the bars/ campus. I was hardly home so the small space didn't really bother me. the appliances were a bit dated. If you want something with central air, look elsewhere. The unit had a wall unit that worked great if you had the bedroom door closed but don't expect that thing to cool your whole apartment. It's a nightmare in the summer if you're trying to cook/ bake. I lived in a middle unit so I never had to turn on the heat. Their on site washer and dryer were old as well. Sometimes I had to run the dyer twice if I had a huge load. The noise level wasn't too bad but the walls were thin enough to hear the people upstairs. But I have to say that I've had my boyfriend here and made some noise myself ;) sorry to the people living around me... but all in all it was an ok experience renting with Weida.
