It's a nice place to live.<br><br>Positives: Usually quiet. Large kitchen (with lots of cabinets) and living area with average sized bedrooms. Lots of storage space. Beautiful views of the city, "protected forest", and cliff. Friendly maintenance staff. Outdoor pool is clean and usually empty of other residents. Outdoor picnic-table area in the woods.<br><br>Negatives: No dishwasher. No central air. The apt windows are not sealed properly. During winter, heating the apt is expensive. Parking can be a huge problem if you have more than one car. All the parking by the buildings are assigned and many visitors conveniently ignore the apt numbers painted in the parking spots. Only one laundry facility...convenient for buildings A-C, not so much for buildings D-F.<br><br>Overall, I think it's one of the best values in the West Lafayette area.
